Daily
rate: 119.00 per night
* Sleeps 7 with use of the fold out queen bed, sleeps 5 without. If you wish to use the additional canvas
bed, there is a flat 25.00 charge per rental week for this option.
4 day min rate (3 nights 4 days) of 375.00.
July and August we have a 6 day min. exceptions noted below
Note: If you are looking for less
than 6 days during July and August, there may be an opening between
rentals, we are happy to check for you.
Reservation and damage deposits:
Trailer Reservation deposit is 250.00 and required at time of booking to
hold your dates. This deposit will be applied to the rental.
A Damage deposit of 250.00 is required and will be fully refundable within 7
days of rental drop-off, if the RV is returned undamaged and there are no
outstanding charges.
Prep charge:
There is a flat 85.00 charge for each rental which includes all you need to
get going, walk through orientation, first tank of propane, toilet
chemicals and tissue, hitch ball and sway bars.
No need for you to fill propane tanks on your return, this is included.
Please note the prep charge on a 4 day rental is reduced to 60.00.
Cancellation Policy
If Cancellations are made within 30 days of rental, you will forfeit your
vacation reservation deposit. Cancellations made more than 30 days from
rental, your reservation deposit is refunded minus a 100.00 cancellation
fee.
Optional cleaning
package
We recommend you purchase the cleaning package. If want to wash and clean the RV yourself
there is no cleaning fee however the unit must be returned as it was when
you picked it up. Prepaid cleaning package is 39.00 exterior cleaning or
79.00 inside and out.
If you return the RV dirty
There is a min. charge of 95.00 if we need to do any cleaning in the event
you did not purchase a cleaning package and return the unit dirty. Your
rental unit is more than likely scheduled to be rented to another customer
the day after you return it, it is important we know ahead if you are
cleaning or we are to save you money and us time.
If you clean the RV
yourself
The exterior cleaning
should be made using a soft brush or cloth and appropriate vehicle washing
soaps. Bleach or harsh chemical cleaners can damage the unit and result in
additional damage charges.
Sorry No Pets or Smoking in units this will void your damage deposit and
may result in additional charges
