RV Rental Regulations (see our photo page for pictures of rental
units)
Restricted Areas:
Off road, tar roads and logging roads are prohibited. Travel Trailers are
only to be used in the United States
or Canada
with advance arrangement. Units may not travel to Alaska
or Mexico, our rentals
are primarily Pacific Northwest. Please inquire if the states you are traveling
to are in within our insurance and service range before booking.
Vehicle return: Rental units must be returned on time in order to be
checked in and serviced for the next customer rental. A minimum fee of
50.00 per hour could be charged if your vacation rental is overdue. All
units should be returned by 2 PM. unless other arrangements were made
before departure. No units may be returned after business hours.
No refunds can be given
for early rental return.
Pets and smoking
Our Units are non smoking and no pets. If you smoke or have pets in units
we will not refund your damage deposit. There could also be additional
damage and cleaning fees.
No roof top storage is permitted. Bicycles are not allowed in units, damage
deposit is forfeit and additional charges may be assessed. Please check
with Vons before stowing sports boards to prevent interior damage charges,
we will be happy to help you find a safe way to store them.
Cleaning Packages: We offer a discount cleaning package if you prepay
at time of departure. We do highly recommend you
purchase a cleaning package. Car washes do not have long
enough vacuums or supplies to do this large of a job. There
is a min. charge of 95.00 if we need to do any cleaning in the event you
did not purchase a cleaning package and return the unit dirty. Your rental
unit is more than likely scheduled to be rented to another customer the day
after you return it so it is important we know ahead if you are cleaning or
we are so that we can schedule accordingly.
If you clean the RV
yourself, the exterior cleaning should be made using a soft brush or cloth
and appropriate vehicle washing soaps. Please do not use bleach or harsh
chemical cleaners or this will result in damage charges.
Dumping and flushing of holding tanks
Please return your rental unit with the holding tank dumped and flushed, we
charge a 100.00 sanitation fee if you have not dumped your tanks on return.
ANTI SWAY BARS
Anti sway bars will be damaged if not removed when backing up. Any damage
to the sway bar means this entire part must be replaced. The replacement
cost will be deducted from your damage deposit if sway bar is damaged.
